The company manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of products including hose, stainless steel hose, flexible metal hose, metal hose assemblies, exhaust connectors, flexible exhaust connectors, exhaust pipe connectors, automotive flexible hose, flexible hose assemblies, metallic flexible pump & metal bellows and expansion joints.

From our humble beginning in 1996, we have grown into a highly reliable and established player in the market, which is a result of our hard work and dedicated service to trade and industry. We are a professionally managed organization, with a team of highly dedicated and qualified personnel, committed to achieve excellence in our products and services.

The company is situated in Bahadurgarh (Haryana, which is 25 km from New Delhi Airport), India, with excellent infrastructural facilities. We are equipped with all the latest machines and technology and manufacture high quality and superior performance products. We are one of the key providers of modern technology in metal hose manufacturing and are committed to maintain our position.

We have an excellent set up, where in both our locations cover a total area of 27000 sqaure feet. The plant, equipped with all the modern and hi tech machiniries, is just 25 km from International airport.

Our management is responsible for the day-to-day operations of company and the implementation of business strategies and financial plans, the principles and the mission. The company has employed about 35 people in managerial & executive levels beside 150 skilled workmen. At Alfa Flexitubes, we have ambitious plans for the future. The company has tremendous growth prospects in the export of hoses from India for the next five years.

Mr. R.K. Sardana
A mechanical engineer with post graduation in management, Mr. Sardana is the President and CEO of company. He has over 30 years of rich experience in various industries, including 20 years of expertise in stainless steel hose manufacturing.

Mr. Saurabh Tandon
A PG in management, he has 9 years of experience. Currently, he looks after the commercial department of company including the marketing division.

Alfa Flexitubes understands the importance of quality products and the long way it goes in establishing a company as a reliable brand. To achieve this goal we have set rigorous quality control processes and methods at various stages of production and supply.

We have a quality assurance division, which formulates its Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for our products after conducting thorough research. The department carries out inspection right from the procurement of raw materials to final production and dispatch. Following tests are conducted as per QAP and BS. 6501 Part - 1 :-

• Hydraulic pressure test
• Bend test
• Yield and burst test
• Flame test
• Fatigue test (for life cycle)
• Metallurgical tests
• Die penetration test
• Cupping test of weld joints

Third party inspection of products & processes are done by TUV LLOYDS, SGS and other inspection entities.
